What, if anything, is your organization doing or planning to do to help with relief efforts to aid victims of the California wild fires? - Other (please specify): • Donation of materials • Our employees were evacuated from their homes and our office was closed. Fortunately no one lost there homes and our office also survived. We did pay our people for the week they were evacuated. • paying people who had to go home early • We have PTO donations, access to funds through our hardship withdrawal in the PTO bank, Offered access to the absence time for those who had time off due to the fires i.e. evacuated, offer a hardship grant through the foundation and providing lists of all • we have sent 300 cases of supplies to the evacuation centers and to the firefighters. • Employees housing affected employees/students • I teach. I don't know what the university is doing. I haven't seen any information from them. • contributions • Allowed location to be used as a shelter for discplaced families; allowed some flexible work hours/work at home programs • Our SD office would be better able to answer these questions.

What, if anything, is your organization doing or planning to do to help with relief efforts to aid victims of the California wild fires? - Other (please specify): (Continued) • St. Vincent de Paul Village has been involved in relief efforts throughout the county providing meals, cots, blankets, food, water and providing staff where needed to assist in relief efforts. • We allowed all employees threatened by fire to take all the time they needed off as a paid holiday. Fortunately noone lost their home and now we are encouraging individual donations. • Providing GIK to other similar organizations in fire areas • 3 days pay for 10/22-10/24 when office was closed for employees and temps • We are in Notheren California and we are not affected by fires • Employees were affected by evacuations only. We paid for time missed and make the office available overnight for the evacuated families & pets. • coordinating temporary housing between employees • United Way sponsorship • I don't THINK our organization has contributed to relief efforts but I don't always know what the owners have done • providing time off for those employees without accrued PTO who were evacuated. • Paying exempt employees missed time.

Providing time off to assist family members who have been displaced; 2. Will be encouraging employees to donate items (clothes, etc.) to Red Cross and coordinating donation of items • Provided water & other refreshments to members of the public who were evacuated. Provided carrots to horses that were evacuated. • providing no interest loans to Credit Union members • Put together Employee Support Center for 3 days with legal, insurance, loan, temp housing, benefits, etc resources • helping relocate and ensure the safety of displaced elderly clients • No affected employees • Volunteering at local supply donation sites. • opened campus and administration bldgs as temporary shelter during the evacutions. • a sister location loaded a trailer with a variety of supplies to assist people who have lost their homes in the san diego area. For our employees, our corporate office maintains a Disaster Relief Fund to aid w/ temporary housing and financial assistance.

What, if anything, is your organization doing or planning to do to help with relief efforts to aid victims of the California wild fires? - Other (please specify): (Continued) • donation to Red Cross • offering sanctuary to law students in the area • Some of our staff have only been affected mildly by the fires in Los Angeles County (San Diego County was impacted much more severely) • Providing direct assistance to the victims and their pets • Paid up to 3 days if scheduled but unable to work. • 1 day off for working 6 or 7 days in a row • provided unpaid time off ensuring affected associates did NOT earn attendance occurrences that affect their employment. • Working with United Way agencies • offered hotel stays for limited time to some ee's that were affected. None of our ee's took us up on the offer • The fires you refer to are about 600 miles away. We are located in a heavilly forested area and we see forest fires all the time. The difference is that ours are not given much media attention, probably due to the smaller population in our area.

What, if anything, is your organization doing or planning to do to help with relief efforts to aid victims of the California wild fires? - Other (please specify): (Continued) • donations • Catered Lunch last week • $ 100,000 Corporate contribution plus ee donations • Encourage to donate through United Way • we have not heard of any professional relief requested (unlike Katrina) • 2 employees live in the area but did not lose their homes. • donated water bottles to evaculation center • daycare for 1 week while schools were closed and on Saturday • Fortunately, no one from our Company lost their home but many were evacuated. The company remained open but paid time off up to a max of 3 days was provided during this time for any reason. (air quality, road closures, evacuations, etc) • not impacted by Fires • we will address individually if there are requests • Paid time off for those dealing with evacuations • We are restaurant and we provide food to the vicitims and firefighters

What, if anything, is your organization doing or planning to do to help with relief efforts to aid victims of the California wild fires? - Other (please specify): (Continued) • 2 employees evacuated but returned to homes safely • donated pet supplies to rescue organizations • Providing Food to Evacuees • providing space for staging center • No one has been affected. • just firefighters fighting fires as part of job • paid regualr income while out • Provided paid time off to those employees who needed to take time off to check on their homes. • Working with DoD to provide temporary housing for Navy Civilian families displaced from their homes • Organizing Annual Holiday Charity specificly to victim or charity that supports cause (Red Cross - or Salvation Army for example) • Extending deadlines to those impacted • No formal program at a small company. Provided email alerts, emergency resources and donation information.
