  5. Homonyms • Homonyms are words that have the same spelling but different meanings. • Example: Fair • That price is fair. • Let’s go to the fair. • What are some other homonyms?

  6. Relatives of the “Nyms” • Homophones • Two words that sound alike but have different meanings. • Example: Their / They’re / There • Their: belonging to them • They’re: Contraction for “They Are” • There: a place
