  4. 24 hour Point in Time – 445 persons • 35 unsheltered. 290 adults & 120 children in shelters. • 64 unaccompanied students (minors) homeless staying with friends or other acquaintances. • 1,600 -1,800 experience homelessness annually. HOMELESS CENSUS

Emergency Shelter (261 beds) • Domestic Violence ES and TH (24 beds) • Rapid Rehousing (119 beds) • Joint Transitional – Rapid Rehousing (20 beds) • Permanent Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities (5 programs - 61 beds) • Shelter Plus Care (36 beds) • Safe Haven (25 beds) • Single Residence Occupancy (SRO) (20 beds) • Non CoC funded Transitional Housing (81 beds) • Veterans Grant Per Diem, TIP, and SSVF (75 beds) • HUD VASH (97 beds) • 811 Vouchers (45 TBRA & 41 new Mainstream Vouchers) HOUSING PROGRAMS

Disability Benefits Counselor • ACT Team • Veterans DOL - HVRP – Employment Program • Daytime Drop In Center • Human Trafficking Outreach and Coalition Services • Gap/Need is for General Unsheltered Outreach and Rural SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

HYBRID – NO WRONG DOOR AND HUBS CERT – Coordinated Entry Referral Tool CEAR – Coordinated Entry Assessment Referral SINGLE HOUSING WAITLIST on HMIS CEAR Team meets regularly to go over housing waitlist for quality control and referral case conferencing. Current Target Priority Population: CH, Unsheltered, TAY COORDINATED ENTRY
