UK Recommendations • Good to plan in advance but then be flexible during the exchange to adapt to interests of the visiting librarian – Seize opportunities as they occur • Value to us in sharing our stories and seeing them through new eyes • Because of physical proximity, initial visit included dean and two librarians in the area of interest to Janet • Familiar faces on arrival • Better understanding of Fisk by UK before exchange began
