Public Access Today All the way around the perimeter: • from the Golf Course property: • shoreline access very difficult / impossible • from the City of Coronado property: • long concrete wall prevents water access • from the Coronado Yacht Club leasehold: • perimeter entirely fenced • “Private Club” & “No Trespassing” signs

  35. Shoreline 100% Choked No convenient access to the golf course shoreline. No public shoreline access at the Yacht Club. Long concrete wall blocks water access from City of Coronado property.
