SURELIFT

SURELIFT is a new concept in minimally invasive prolapse repair, offering functional replacement and support for pelvic organs. Its advantages include adjustable graft placement, customization, equal distribution of forces, and excellent support for all compartments. The system recreates normal anatomy with tissue anchors and offers user-friendly placement and fixation points. SURELIFT requires minimal dissection and uses a state-of-the-art anchor fixation system with a new generation mesh.

  1. SURELIFT New minimally invasive prolapse repair system

  2. SURELIFT CONCEPTS: • Functional replacement by physical reinforcement • Recreation a supportive and suspensory apparatus for pelvic organs IN A NATURAL course of endopelvic fascia

  3. SURELIFT ADVANTAGES • Adjustability of graft placement and ability to avoid graft folding to prevent erosion and excessive scarring • Customization of graft dimentions according to individual patient’s anatomy • Equal distribution of vector forces to prevent partial graft failure leading to voiding dysfunction • Provides excellent support to all compartments including apical

  4. SURELIFT Recreating Normal Anatomy Tissue anchors

  5. SURELIFT Placement and Fixation Points Sacro-spinous ligament Arcus tendineus at the level of ischial spines (TOT placement) Arcus tendineus at the level its insertion into pubic bone (TOT placement)

  6. SURELIFT Placement and Fixation Points Sacro-spinous ligament Ischial spines Obturator foramen

  7. SURELIFT Solid-Permanent Fixation Points Sacro-spinous ligament Ischial spines Obturator foramen

  8. SURELIFT Anatomical and Safety Considerations

  9. SURELIFT SAME MESH FOR ANTERIOR AND POSTERIOR COMPARTMENT Versatility

  10. SURELIFT New Generation Knottless Mesh • 40% Less material – larger pores • Less shrinkage • Minimazing complication
