What is Obstetric Fistula? • Obstetric Fistula is a condition that occurs in women because of Prolonged pregnancy. • It is basically a abnormal opening that forms between Vagina and nearby organ. • It is a childbirth injury that has been majorly neglected, despite the distress it causes among women. • The WHO estimates that more than 2 million women live the condition and up to 100,000 new cases occur each year.
