SETUP • Controls in place to allow Faculty Terms • Controls in place to allow sections • Drops • No Shows • Withdrawn • Web Corrections
Knowledge Transfer • Sections must be built • Calendars must be built • Faculty must be assigned • Students must be registered • Attendance Tracking versus Section Start and End and future date
Note: Legend for Data Entry Instructor must certify each entry. Once completed both entries can be checked.
Disadvantages/Advantages • Allows only one setting per College • Track by Dept/Div/Web • Part time Faculty Access • Limited • Non-existence • Correlates to Final Grade (FGRN) Form • Legend may not print all meeting dates
Common Errors • Calendar not Build on SOFF • Students not registered • Start Date of class not arrived • XATD maybe incorrectly setup
