    13. 13 Grade Crossing Safety Enhancement Program Safety improvements at 53 at-grade highway-rail crossings Improvements consistent with FRA final rule on use of locomotive horns Upon completion of improvements, local cities able to file NOE for Quiet Zones with FRA

    14. 14 Grade Crossing Program Status Design of grade crossing safety enhancements underway A joint effort between OCTA, SCRRA and Cities SCRRA is managing design and construction If all key stakeholders perform their roles, work completed in 2009/2010
