  1. Personal Heroism Think back on your life to remember a time when you performed a heroic act. Write a brief personal narrative about your act of personal heroism. Identify what motivated you to act, what made the act “heroic”, the reaction of those who witnessed you, the consequences or effects of your action, and your own emotional condition before, during, and after the feat.
