EGR Logistical Sequence ASSESS EQUINUS
Four Classifications • Gastrocnemius Equinus • Gastrocnemius-Soleal • Osseous Equinus • Pseudo Equinus
Gastrocnemius-Soleal Equinus 20 degree increase in dorsiflexion when the knee is flexed from what was available when extended, but less than 10 degrees of increase.

Dissection • The deep fascia is identified and opened allowing entrance of the cannula
