It’s Happening • Researched the Village Concept • Identified the need • Held three public meetings • Identified the community interest • Established steering committee • Developed data base • Communicated via E-mail and website
It’s STILL Happening • Became members of the Village to Village Network • Began to identify gaps in services • Spoke to interested groups • Planned this organizing meeting • Filed for incorporation • Developing Board of Directors and By-laws
