Ian Ivar Suni Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Clarkson University isuni@clarkson.edu 315-268-4471 Postdoctoral Research Position Postdoctoral position available in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Clarkson University to develop biosensor techniques for detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Clostridium botulinum, common food/water pathogens with important applications to homeland security. Analytical techniques will include the quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Some background in electrochemistry and/or microbiology will be helpful. Applicants can have degrees in biology, biomedical engineering, chemical/biochemical engineering, chemistry, or materials science and engineering.
