So, for all of you project managers out there… • Make sure you get the commitment from the business and your boss – work hard to keep it • Give yourself time to think – it’s time well invested • Don’t be afraid to say no and tell it like it is • Accept that you won’t get it right all the time • Accept that you can’t make everybody happy • Keep documentation to a strict minimum
