Is racism a problem in the United States? ¿Es racismo un problema en Los Estados Unidos?
Students will watch the following video about an ABC special designed to confront racism. Following the video students will be asked to respond in a class discussion to the following questions: Confronting Racism How did the video make you feel? What do you think about the final results and numbers of how many people stood up for the victims? Do you feel racism is a problem in America? Does anyone have any first hand experiences with racism (as a victim or a witness)? What can we do to stand up to racism?
