Osmington BaySituated right by the sea just outside Weymouth, in the heart of Dorset's World Heritage site - 'The Jurassic Coast’ . The centre is set in 45 acres of grounds with its own private beach and stunning views of Weymouth, Portland and Chesil Beach. This is one of PGL’s biggest centres with great facilities and more activities than you can count!
Accommodation Accommodation is in comfortable 4 bed chalets, all with en-suite bathrooms. The chalets have a fantastic position on the side of the hill and many have amazing views of the sea and coastline. • Children will be expected to make their own beds – from scratch! • Keep the chalets tidy and organised • To organise themselves as a group to look after the key

Taking part Children flourish in new surroundings with new challenges! By extending them socially, physically and mentally, a Multi-Activity course gives them far more than simply academic achievement by which to measure themselves. Mornings and afternoons are each split into two sessions so that children can experience up to four different outdoor activities each day.The ethos is built on 'Challenge by Choice' - children are never pushed beyond their comfort zone, however PGL’s fully trained instructors have proven success in nurturing and supporting even the most apprehensive child.

What to pack: Essentials are: Nightwear Underwear Socks – some activities require over the ankle socks 2 or more fleeces or sweatshirts 3 T-shirts Long sleeve T-shirt (archery requires this) 3 pairs of old trousers – not jeans 2 pairs of trainers/walking boots 1 pair of indoor shoes Waterproof coat Wash bag Torch Plastic water bottle Bin bag for wet/dirty clothes Gloves, scarf and hat Lip balm!
Mobile phones and hand held games consoles are to be left at home • MP3 players/ipods and cameras (not attached to phones!) are taken at your own risk • Provide stamped addressed envelopes – you are more likely to hear from your young person • Pocket money needs to be placed in 3 named envelopes ready for each day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – larger amount for gift buying) • Medication to be handed in to staff with name and dosage clearly marked – including travel sickness medication for return journey • Pack something to keep yourself occupied on the coach – puzzle books, magazines, top trumps etc Osmington Bay Centre, Shortlake Lane, Osmington, WeymouthTel: 01305 836200
