Homework Policy Reinforcing your child’s work at home and practicing good work habits is important to your child’s success. • Required nightly • Parent involvement is encouraged. • Includes previously learned skills, reading, and math fact practice
Communication Communication is one of the essential elements of your child’s education. Your home-school folders are the main tool for daily communication between the home and school. • Notes (put in home-school folder) • Leave me a voice-mail at 254-4472 ext.2150 • For emergencies, call the office and let them know. Attendance Policy Attendance in school is considered one of the three most important factors in a child’s successful education. • If your child is ill, please keep them home, but send a note upon returning. • It is expected that all missed assignments are made up. • Excessive illegal absences are required to be documented. Letters will be sent after 3,5, and 10 absences.
