  1. Global Warming By: Aaron Milligan and Tyler Savage

  2. Problem • This country is not addressing the global warming problem correctly. The cap and trade bill was not passed this was important because it would've contributed to fixing the global warming problem .

Solution • To start out there would be limits to the amount of pollution distribution • Large companies would have pollution permits • Also there would be consequences for exceeding these permits or the basic limits • If companies exceed limits multiple times there will be fines, and eventually lead to shut down

  4. Letter Dear, I think we should address Global warming furthermore than we already are. By doing this I have created a solution to this problem. This mainly addresses large industries that are creating a lot of pollution. To start there would be limits to the amount of pollution someone can disperse. To make the amount of pollution the industries can make they could buy permits to disperse more pollution. If they went over the amount they could create there would be consequences. There would be some strike system and if they earn a certain amount of strikes they would be shut down or fined a large amount of money. This was based off of the cap and trade bill. Reason for being harsh on industries is because they are causing a large amount of this. Cars that cause this are being fixed there are more hybrid cars on the road every day.
