  11. Data Security – Site-to-site VPN Site to Site VPN is a Firewall to Firewall connection between the Customer’s network(s) and the SirsiDynix SAAS network. Completely private. All data transfer to SirsiDynix is encrypted A site-to-site VPN tunnel uses split-tunnels technology so only traffic going to/from SirsiDynix SAAS servers goes through the tunnel. Everything else routes normally on the customer’s LAN.

Cloud tools • These tools are used by our global Cloud Team to ensure that all of our systems are running smoothly and are optimized to serve our customers. • The majority of the Cloud tools are web-based products, distributed under the GNU General Public License, written in PHP or Perl, and deployed on canned virtual appliance servers. • We have written some custom tools and customized generic tools to our specific needs • Other tools are vendor provided for specific needs such as firewall control, virtual environment systems, SAN management, etc.
