  12. 存在问题 • 技术平台的硬件设施不能满足研究所的需要（尤其是空间的限制） • 技术平台的服务和技术水平与研究所的期望还有差距（缺乏高水准的人才） • 科研人员和技术支撑人员之间的沟通与理解还不到位
