  1. Connect top lego pieces to wheels.

  2. Connect top pieces on wheels to bottom of boat.

  3. Connect gray lego piece to inside of boat.

  4. Connect white steering wheel piece to top of red lego.

  5. Connect hair to head and top half of the manto bottom.

  6. Connect siren piece to top of red lego piece.

  7. Connect steering wheel piece to front of gray piece. Connect man right behind steering wheel on gray piece. Connect siren piece to back of gray piece.

  8. Insert flag and joysticks as shown.
