Pythagorean triple – set of three numbers that satisfy the Pythagorean Theorem. • Common Pythagorean Triples
Converse of the Pythagorean Theorem • If a2 + b2 = c2, then the triangle is right.
Triangle Inequality Theorem • For 3 lengths to be possible for a triangle, the sum of the smaller two must be greater than the third.
Pythagorean Inequality Theorems • If c2 < a2 + b2, then the triangle is acute. • If c2 > a2 + b2, then the triangle is obtuse.
