Conflicts of interest • The MAGIC programme was supported by the Health Foundation, who have also contributed to the costs of attendance of presenters at this and other conferences • RT and his organisation have received fees for talks and research advice related to SDM, and have had research funded by a range of organisations, including UK NIHR, research councils and charities. RT has developed a range of decision support tools but has no personal financial interest in any outputs of his research. • DT is a full time GP who does some consultancy work. He gives lectures and runs seminars and these have been funded by The Health Foundation, various Deaneries and NHS organisations and charities. 8 years ago he ran a 3 day course for 3 years funded by Wyeth. DT has helped develop a range of decision support tools and was funded by Newcastle University to help produce these. • HM sponsored was paid by Health Care Improvement Scotland to give a talk in 2013. • No further conflicts of interest
