  3. A noun may be plural. This means there is more than one thing. lots of cats lots of pens lots of cars

  4. Add an –s to each word to form the plural. pen s cat s car s

  5. so

  6. a chair lots of chairs

  7. a tree lots of trees

  8. a bird lots of birds

  9. lots of farmers a farmer

  10. flowers a flower

  11. a coat coats

  12. teachers teacher

  13. So for some nouns you add an –s to form the plural. elephants boys rockets
