Walnut cake. Ingredients : 150g of crushed walnuts +8 whole walnuts 150g of sugar 100g of butter 1 pinch of salt 3 big eggs 75g of flour For the topping =115g of chocolate and 25g of butter. Heat the oven to 200°C.Grind the walnuts with a grinder . Add 75g of sugar .

Heat the oven to 200°C.Grind the walnutswith a grinder.Add 75g of sugar.
Mix well.Melt the butter and add the rest of the sugar .Mix with the walnuts and add the eggs one by one , then the flour.
Butter the cake tin ( diameter 25 cm ).Pour the preparation 20 min into the oven. Once the cake isbaked, melt 25g of butter with the chocolate . Spreadon top of the cake
