Instructions for Completion of Budget Worksheets—by Category, Discipline and Objective • More than Two Objectives Requires Additional Budget Worksheets • Organization Worksheet for LETPP Grant Only • Budget Narrative for Each Budget Worksheet • M&A allowable for local jurisdictions only—cannot exceed 2.5% of total grant award

5. Submit Original Signed Application by mail and email one Electronic Copy, including Budget Worksheets and Program Narrative, to csimpson@sled.sc.gov • Signatures of all County Needs Assessment Committee Members to be considered complete • Due No Later Than Close of Business March 11, 2005
