She has been working in the area of holistic therapies and yoga for over 16 years. She has completed more than 200 hrs of stress management & personal development training as well as gaining diplomasin massage, color therapy, vibrational healing, and as a Reiki Master. She also holds qualifications in Gentle, Children’s and Prenatal Yoga andis a 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. Prior to living in San Diego Siobhan worked full time as a Stress Management & Personal Development trainer & consultant. Working both in corporate business with companies such as the Bank of Ireland and IDA, and also with community based projects, the general public, and private one-to-one sessions. Siobhan is the founder of Kids Yoga Network.Com, an online network dedicated to spreading Kids Yoga around the world. She also enjoys hosting various yoga and spiritual workshops.
