  3. 1. SPECIFICATION 2. How to use the machine? *Preparation before operation* (1) This machine is using high temperature and high pressure steam. So, please wear with suitable safety uniform wear and gloves. (2) This product is for 220 Volts and 50Hz. Please fill the battery before use. Misuse of wrong electricity may rise fatal problem on machine. (3) Water should be clean tap water. (4 ) Pump is high pressure. So, drain the inside air periodically. Operation (1)Connect the plug to the receptacle(220 V only). (Cable for the electricity should be durable over 30A,diameter should be over 3.5MM) (2)After connection, switch on the power. (Then you can hear whirring sound of internal pump. After pump stops whirring, turn on the Burner switch and wait for 8-12 minutes. After 8-12 minutes when pressure gauge reaches to 10 of scale pulling the steam gun switch to exhaust the air. After exhaustion when pressure gauge reaches to 10 of scale again, the machine is ready to operate.

  5. 3. Operating procedure 3-1 Preparation forOperation (1)Connect the electricity to the receptacle and turn on the anti short circuit switch. (2) Check the Water Tank. (3) Fill the water tank with proper amount of water. (4)Connect the Steam spray hose. (5) Turn on the switch No.1 And turn on the switch No. 2 (6) When pressure gauge reaches to the 10 of scale, pull the steam gun switch and exhaust internal air about 10 sec. (7) After exhaustion of air, when pressure gauge reaches to 10 of scale, steam washer is ready to operate. Warning when you exhaust air from steam washer please point the steam gun to the ground and make sure no person is around you. Do not exhaust it toward a person. A person can be seriously harmed.

  9. 3-2. After operation Warning After operation high temperature steam remains in the machine. Be careful when you separate steam hose from the machine after operation. • (1) Turn off the power switch • (2) Turn off the anti short circuit switch • (3) Separate the electricity cable from the power. • (4) Separate the electricity cable from the machine. • (5) Pull the steam gun lever and exhaust steam completely. • Check the pressure gauge reaches to zero of the scale. • (6) Close all the steam valves (in the machine, in the steam hose, in the joint) and separate the hose. During winter to prevent hose freezing please remove water inside hose completely after separation of hose.

Maintenance * Maintenance during summer*   (1) Avoid direct rays of the sun and protect the power control box and electrical parts from the rain or water. • Electric shock or short circuit can cause the break down. • Do not damage the steam washer while moving it. • After operation, keep the machine in dry, well-ventilated place. * Maintenance during winter* (1) When the temperature is bellow 0℃ to prevent freezing damage keep the machine in the place where the temperature is over 0 ℃. Unavoidably if the machine should be kept in outside, please remove water inside machine completely and remove water in the steam hose completely. During winter after separating steam hose remove water inside hose completely to prevent hose freezing.

  13. Warranty 1. This product is manufactured through strict quality inspection. 2. Within 1 year, break down under the proper use of the product we offer free after service except for following cases. 3. Submit this warrant when you request after service. Warranty and liability claims for personal or material damage are specifically excluded, if they arise one or more of the following causes: . Improper use of the machine. . Improper assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the machine. . Operation of the machine with defective safety equipment or improperly attached or non-functional safety and protective equipment. . Non-compliance to the notes in this operating manual regarding transport, storage, assembly, commissioning, operation and inspection of the machine. . Arbitrary constructional changes to the machine. . Arbitrary changes of parameter settings (e.g. pressure control valve). . Insufficient supervision of wearing parts. .
