  7. Affiliate Performance Report At the local, state and national level, APR data can be used to: • Assess how closely implementation adheres to the essential requirements • Identify areas for focusing improvement efforts • Create and implement improvement plans • Monitor progress

Goals for the quality endorsement • Clearly communicate to funders, community leaders, families and others that the affiliate meets the Parents as Teachers quality standards. • Bring recognition to affiliates and confidence to funders that affiliates are meeting standards of fidelity. • Inform and contribute to affiliates’ continuous quality improvement.
