Health Impact Assessment in Korea

This study examines the differences between the Prior Environmental Review System (PERS) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in Korea. It discusses the assessment criteria, implementation methods, and the status quo of health impact consideration in environmental assessment. The integration of Health Impact Assessment (HIA) within the existing EA system is also analyzed.
