  1. SF HIP CC 8/2010-12/2010 August - December 2010: these words are from the early stages of the CC and are more process-related as expected with a new partnership - "orderly, productive, stimulating, networking," etc.

  2. SF HIP CC 1/2011 – 3/2011 January - March 2011: very similar to the previous cloud, but with a slight increase in words having to do with relationships - "inclusive, collaborative, helpful" but still with a large focus on "productive"

  3. SF HIP CC 4/2011 – 6/2011 April - June 2011: this is about 8 months after the start of the CC and there is less focus on productivity and more focus on new relationships. Participants seem to be more involved with SF HIP, it is now about the idea of SF HIP - "interesting, enlightening, informative..." and questioning their relationships - "limited consensus, challenging, synergistic"

  4. SF HIP CC 7/2011 – 9/2011 July - September 2011: participants’ relationships seem to be growing, words like "fun, participatory, and supportive" begin to come up, and it is still "interesting, thought-provoking“ and now “administrative” as well.

  5. SF HIP CC 10/2011 – 12/2011 October - December 2011: One year has passed and relationships appear formed. Strong words about relationships that are not seen anywhere else are used - "love, trust-building, rich, beautiful, centrifuged, harmonious," etc. At the same time, a few participants are also starting to think about making progress with SF HIP and show some frustration for the first time - "slow, exhausting, less-focused"

  6. SF HIP CC 1/2012 – 3/2012 January - March 2012: productivity becomes a focus again, but additional words address stronger relationships and thinking about the future as a cohesive group - "collaborative, working, friendly, forward, mission-creep"

  7. SF HIP CC 4/2012 – 6/2012 April - June 2012: Words largely focus on doing now that relationships are “balanced” - "strategic, brainstorming, difficult, deliberative, productive, agreeable"

  8. SF HIP CC 8/2010 – 6/2012 This is all words together - overall, “productive” is the predominant word, although it is very scarce from 8 – 16 months into the CC when relationship development takes over as the major focus.
