Interesting Facts 1. Sulphur is used to make sulphuric acid. 2. Molten Sulphur is sprayed into a furnace and burned in a blast of hot air. 3. Magnesium is used in fireworks and flares 4. An alloy is a mixture of metals. 5. The gases can be collected separately. This is called fractional distillation.
