  2. Russian State flag consists of three colors. Upper stripe of the flag-is white color, the middle stripe - blue color, the lower stripe - red. During the reign of Peter I red colour in the flag meant power, blue - the color of the Bogomateri, Russian has always been under her protection , white - the color of freedom and independence. Now, the value of such flag colors - white is peace, purity, perfection, blue - the color of faith and fidelity, constancy, red is the energy, the strength, the blood shed for the Fatherland.
