Enables Online Statistics (ASR, ACD, number of calls …) • iGATE DDI and intelligent call back: Enables two-stage-dialing and call. back • iGATE SMS gateway package: enables e-mail to SMS conversion and vice versa. • iGATE ported number screening: Enables online query to iMNP or external provider (nQuire / End2End) • iGATE SS7 Extension: License for SS7 (Q.767); each SS7 related PRI (regardless whether link or trunk) requires a license
