A&WMA Governance An elected Board of Directors (15), with equal representation from its three membership categories (Government, Industry, “Other” ) and up to three appointed members, based on needed skills The Executive Director (also the Secretary) and the Treasurer serve on the Board as non-voting members
Implementation of Association Activities • Association’s activities are coordinated through three Councils and several standing committees -Technical Council -Sections and Chapters Council -Education Council Each Council has its own committee structure • Standing Committees include the Publications Committee, Honors & Awards Committee, etc.
