  4. Perceptie van gestapeld toezicht Begrip voor toezicht, mits de inspecteur: • Deskundig is. • Hoofd en –bijzaken onderscheidt. • Gebruik maakt van beschikbare nalevingsinformatie. • Beslissingen afstemt op andere toezichthouders.

  6. Stapeling van toezicht Oorzaak: • Bedrijfsprocessen vallen onder taakgebieden van meerdere toezichthouders. Gemeenten Rijksinspecties Overige toezichthouders

  7. Stapeling toezicht voorkomen • Maatwerk per branche. • Afstemming tussen toezichthouders noodzakelijk. • Eén bedrijf, één toezichthouder, één aanspreekpunt.

  9. Conclusies • Gestapeld toezicht is echt een probleem voor bepaalde sectoren. • Maatwerk per branche. • Betere afstemming tussen toezichthouders nodig. • Mogelijkheden via coördinatie en taakoverdracht. • Ook gemeenten zijn aan zet.
