Industrial Areas Masterplan saarland GI Lisdorfer Berg, saarlouis • Facts and Figures • Total size (gross): 100 ha • Buildable area: 67 ha • Single areas available from: 1 ha • Transport Links • Federal road B296 neu immediately adjoining to the Industrial Area • Direct linkage to French motorway A4 with access to the motorway direction Strasbourg / Basle • Direct linkage to motorway A8 • Excellent accessibility to motorway A6 direction Mannheim / Frankfurt a.M. • Media / Connections • All important media connections, e.g. gas, waste water, water, electricity and broadband, are available. • Current Project Status • Development to be completed end of 2014 • Starting construction parallel to the development work can be agreed The currently largest industrial development area in Southern Germany MASTERPLAN AREAS SAARLAND

Industrial areas Masterplan saarlandGI Am Zunderbaum, Homburg / Kirkel • Facts and Figures • Total size (gross) 50 ha • Buildable area: 41 ha • Single areas available from 0.2 ha • Transport Links • Motorways A6, A8 (Mannheim-Paris, Trier-Karlsruhe) as major traffic hubs can be reached easily without crossing town. • Media / Connections • All important media connections, e.g. gas, waste water, water, electricity and broadband, are available. • Current Project Status • The development of a surface of 41 ha shall be finished in the second quarter of 2015. • Starting construction parallel to the development work can be agreed.
