  3. PSDAs Answer the Following Questions: What are you trying to do: Develop, test or implement a change? PLAN • Who will do what, when and where? • What is our prediction? • How will we collect information? DO STUDY • What happened compared to the predication? What did you learn? ACT Will you adapt it, adopt it or abandon it?

It is OK to learn that it will fail, that is why we start small
