  5. LEGENDS • You can buy LSD laced Marijuana • Dried Jimson Weed can be smoked as a substitute for Marijuana • Methamphetamine and it’s 100’s of cousins (MDMA) create “holes in the brain”

  6. LEGENDS • PCP (aka Angel Dust) gives user super human strength • Smoking Methamphetamine will cause crystallization of meth in the lungs • Meth users are introducing acids and bases into their bodies

  10. POSSIBLE TRENDS IN DRUG ABUSE • Polydrug use is present and will increase. • The trend of domestic meth production will increase. • Introduction of new designer drugs is expected (Research Drugs) or RC. ie: Trytamines (DMT, DOM) Benzylpiperazine BZP.

  11. POSSIBLE TRENDS IN DRUG ABUSE • Opiate use, both legal or illicit product, will increase. • Experimentation of easily obtained “herbal” products will increase as well as inhalant use. • An increase of high quality (high the content) cannabis is expected

  12. POSSIBLE TRENDS IN DRUG ABUSE • Increase in “BENZO” (Benzodiazepines) Valium, Xanax, Ativan, Restoral, etc.
