  4. ~ Attracting Animals ~Animals feed on leaves, twigs & fruit. • Twigs: oaks, hollies, hawthorns, rose, hackberry • Leaves: hollies, privet, honeysuckle, muscadine • Fruit: plums, hawthorns, pecans, acorns, dewberries, rabbit eye blueberries, persimmon, holly fruit, pyracantha

  8. ~ Attracting Birds ~Birds Feed on Fruits, Seeds & Insects that Feed on Fruits and Seeds. • Fruit producers: mayhaws, plums, dewberries, blackberries, pawpaws, persimmons, black cherry/laurels, hollies, pyracantha • Seed producers: pecan, hickory, walnut, acorns, hackberry, poison ivy, waxmyrtle, persimmons, plums • Insects: include weevils, beetles, & webworms
