Our Month Of Faith Family Abiding In His Love, 1Jn.4:16 Jn.5:9
Jesus said, “As my Abba has loved me, so have I loved you. Live on in my love. And you will live on in my love if you keep my commandments, just as I live on in Abba God’s love and have kept God’s commandments. I tell you all this that my joy may be yours, and your joy may be complete. This is my commandment: love one another as I have loved you. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”—John 15:9–13 (The Inclusive Bible)

HALT D DRAIN • Every marriage starts with huge hopes and dreams for future life together. Dreams get drained over time as a result, most time, of: • Attention snatchers • Communication dissonance • Bitterness and resentment • Stop D drain by abiding in love_360 degree: • "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." (Matthew 22:35-40)
Let your focus be on God rather than your wants or your spouse's • Listening to what God says rather than what your spouse says or do not say • Submit your spouse to God in prayers rather than giving in to resentment or bitterness • Thank God for your relationship with God and with one another • Pray with your spouse and wait on the Lord to reveal His design for your relationship • When you commit your relationship to God continually and make a conscious decision each day to put God first in your relationship with your spouse you will be properly positioned to play your divinely designed role in your home, and your marriage will be able to weather any storm anywhere and anytime.
You can enjoy your marriage beyond enduring it - its plenty fun and fare to be in holy wedlock. • You are blessed with the dews of heaven • Halt the drains to your happy bliss in your marital life: • Thank God for bringing you together with your spouse, • Ask for His purpose and plan for your relationship • Reach out for God's forgiveness of past self-centeredness. • Let God come in to your life and the relationship. • Submit to God's direction and learn from Him as He teaches you all the way • Open to the supply of His abundant grace each day for His perfect will in your marriage • Seek to make your marriage a blessing to others and a witness for Christ • As you travel along the divine design for your marital life, you need to take the road from conditional love to unconditional love.
The Love of Jesus John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whoever believes on Jesus, will not perishbut have everlasting life. (in Heaven)."
