  5. VEGETABLESItisgoodtoeat vegetables everyday.There are manytypes of salad: fruit salad, pasta salad, rice salad, vegetable salad….We can use manycondiments in the salad: tomatoes, onions, maizes, lettuce, carrots, peppers, eggs….

  6. LENTILSThelentils are one of thefoodthatcontains more iron. They are verygoodforhealth.Differentways of cookinglentils: boiled and stewed.

  7. FISHHere in Spainweeat a lot of fish, becauseSpainis a coastal country.There are differenttypes of fish, cooked in differentways, also : fried, boiled, smoken, roast and grilled.FISH IS ONE OF THE MAIN ELEMENTS IN THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET.

  8. Pastaspasta isone of thebasicfood in a healthydiet.Theyhavegot a lot of carbohydrates and theygiveusenergyto do sport.WE HAVE PASTA WITH DIFFERENT SHAPES: SPAGHETTI, MACARONI, LASAGNE, CANELONI.
