  3. Characteristics Has a convenient USB connector, compatible with just about every computer Compatible with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Requires Adobe PDF Reader, included with each card
  4. Program usage pt.1 Insert the medical record card in a Windows computer’s USB connector Locate the “Removable Disk” icon on “My Computer” Double-click to open contents
  5. Program usage pt.2 In the medical record folder, locate the program executable “PatientMRecord” This is the main medical record program, which contains the patient information Double-click to execute
  6. Secure Login Enter 4 digit pin to access patient information The pin is assigned in the PR Renal Health facilities The patient record is updated exclusively by PR Renal Health personnel
  7. Patient Medical Record usage View Medical History – Shows the patient medical record in PDF Format Export Data (CCD File) – Exports record data to other formats Configure Patient – Manages the patients record and pin number Update Patient Record – Updates the global patient’s database Close Application – Exits the program
  8. Patient Medical Record usage View Medical History The patient can access it’s medical record history in convenient and printable PDF formatted report.
  9. Patient Medical Record usage Configure Patient Administrator screen for managing patients. The information is handled by PR Renal Health employees, and they assign pins.
  10. Patient Medical Record usage Update Patient Record Once the pin and patient information is updated, the data is uploaded to the master patient database. This resides in PR Renal Health Data Center facilities.
