Rules & Expections • Be nice. Seriously. • Clean up after yourself. • Smile at all times, the customer is always right. • Help your team when needed. • Make sure everything’s clean every 3 hours. • Wash hands after every break.
Dress Code • Wear the Wilson’s … shirt that is given to you everyday. • Black pants everyday. • Shoes that cover your entire foot(no flip flops, heels, etc,) • No visible piercings. • No bracelets. • No overwhelming tatoos.
Menu • Our best seller’s are our tacos. • The specials are on the sign everyday. • Free refills unless alcohol. • We sell hamburgers, and things like that.
Responsibilities • Clean tables once customer leaves. • Split your tips with the bartender. • So up in your uniform everyday. • Be on time everyday. • Help whoever needs help. • Doing your job to the best of your abilities.
Pay Roll • You get paid 7.75$ an hour, unless told otherwise (raises.) • You get to keep your tips. • You get 8 sick days a year. • You get 3 personal days a year. • Tardies will be counted up. If you get 3 or more a month, your pay gets deducted by 18$.
Job Description • Cooks, cook. • Waiters take orders and serve customers. • Waiters also clean the floors and tables. • Cashier has to count money after everyday.
Breaks • You get 2 break every 8 hour shift. • Each break is 45 minutes long. • You can buy our food with a discount, or get your own lunch. • Not back on time equals a tardie.
Work Hours • Mon-Fri you can work from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. or 4:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. • Saturdays you can either work 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. or 5:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. • Work 5 days a week. • No Sundays.
Safety Procedures • If you burn your self, call the hospital. • If you cut yourself, call the hospital. • If you get shot, call the hospital and cops. • If there’s a tornado, go into the basement bar. • If someone throws up, clean it up with our medic kit. • If there’s a fire, call fire department and use extinguisher or if big enough, get out.
