Operational Annual Processes Action for Equality Implementation Model Evaluation ACHIEVEMENT: Measurable outcomes to increase equality PROGRESS of access, quality and outcomes for service users and staff REPORTING: Quarterly MONITORING: IMPLEMENTATION: Implementation of Corporate Equality Action Plan Ongoing throughout Clinical and Corporate Divisions DEVELOPMENT: EVALUATION: Identification of Core Priorities, Corporate and Divisional Action Planning Processes Annual Report 3-Year Equality and Diversity Strategy Race Equality Scheme Trust Policies Disability Equality Scheme STRATEGIC REVIEW: 3-year Evaluation Strategic 3 – Year Processes FOUNDATION: Action for Equality (Equality and Diversity Framework), guided and informed by legislative requirements, 5 strategic objectives and 6 priority target groups, Plus Race Equality Scheme, Trust Policies and Forthcoming Disability Equality Scheme.

Divisional actions… • To produce and implement an annual equality and diversity action plan • To contribute to the achievement of the Strategic Aims of Action for Equality, Trust targets and legal duties by implementing the plan • To monitor divisional progress against the plan and submit a mid-year review and a year-end report

Divisional Equality and Diversity Action Plans include… • Corporate Priorities based on the strategic aims and legal duties • Local Priorities based on Divisional focus, needs and best practice • Work across all 6 Equality Priority Areas and are based on the Planning Guidance supplied by the Service Equality Team
