THE BASIS • The ADRION Partner States agreed that a strategic project will be set up within the ADRION Programme under Priority Axis 4 (“Supporting the governance of the EUSAIR) based on the investment priority 11b: Enhancing institutional capacity of public authorities and stakeholders and efficient public administration by developing and coordinating macro-regional and sea-basin strategies (article 7 (b), Regulation (EU) 1299/13). • The final ADRION Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 co-signed by all 8 EUSAIR Partner States has been submitted to the EC on 18 December 2014.
