Today, we can use printers not only for printing, but also for faxing, scanning, xeroxing as well. Now, a single printing-machine can manage multiple tasks.

  7.  Make sure you have the administrator right to allow permissions that may require for turning on network discovery.  If you see a prompt box then input the username and password.  Under File and Printer Sharing, select Turn on file and sharing.
