SCB-C31:troubleshooting • Lightblink • PWR: power on • LINK: RJ-45 connects to an ethernet device • RXA: transaction data received from RS-232 • TXA: don’t care • Port settings • Baud rate, data bits, parity, stop bits and flow control must be synchronized between cash register and SCB-C31 • Advanced tools • Hyper terminal • Telnet

License note • For IP+ trial version software: • 64CH IP Camera License + 1CH POS License would expire in 30 days. • Both IP and POS license for trial version is bundle together and can’t be activated separately. • For regular POS function: • Customers must have regular SCB Series or IP+ Series first, not trial version. • There are two choices of POS License and each of them could be accumulated and transferred – 1CH/4CH. • For whom already bought C31 box: • If customers upgrade SW to V3.4 or above, they can use POS function by choosing C31 data source still. (free upgrade) • If customers downgrade SW to V3.3 or before, they can still use POS function as well.
