THE ACCOUNTING EQUATION • Assets = Liabilities + Owner’s Equity
ASSETS IN ACCOUNTING • :Anything of value that is owned by a business. • Examples include: • Cash • Supplies • Prepaid Insurance • Accounts Receivable • Your customers that “Bought On Account”
