  2. Download program Link to http://www.cfinder.org/ and click the download.

  3. Download program(cont) After key in your Name, Organization and Email, click submit button to download. After download ,open thefile and click the start.bat to open the program

  4. Upload the file Step 1: click the open new network button Step 2 : Choice the file by click browse button Step 3 : after Choice the file, click run button. EX :pathway

  5. Result Here is show of the clique >= 3 and vertices, edges… Clique and Edges We can check result after process Process the file…

  6. Result(cont) And is also can show of the 1.Communities 2.Vertices 3.Cliques stats 4.Graph of communities

  9. If you want to open the clique file ,you can open the “filename_files_0.0_w_0.0”to find cliques file, and just open by note.
